I just wanted to let management know of the excellent customer service and follow up that Denise Wolberg gave us. We are new boat owners and Denise was extremely thorough and helpful with all our newbie questions.

I had barely taken possession of the boat when I called this insurance company up and asked them for a special rider within 4 days of owning it...I wanted to hire a captain and he needed a temporary insurance rider as he is responsible for anything that happens even if I am the one running the boat...not being aware of this I emailed Tina at Global Marine and she was able to arrange for this temporary certificate on very short notice...even in the beginning there were of forms that needed to be filled out and she was very helpful with any questions I had...a smooth, seamless operation for sure...all correspondence was handled on time with knowledgeable people...so thanks much to Tina & Global..!
